Personal data protection policy

The protection of your personal data is a very serious matter for our company and is treated as the highest priority.

Your personal data are collected by our company exclusively and solely in the context of transactions with Sticky and our communication with you for the completion of your orders, invoicing, facilitating deliveries, the general execution of your orders, servicing your requests, as well as sending informational messages regarding our products and services. All your personal details collected through Sticky’s special electronic form are absolutely necessary for the provision of the above services on our part and are subject to your full and unconditional consent, which is provided by sending your personal data to us. It goes without saying that you may at any time access this data and request the immediate deletion of your details, as well as your deletion as a registered user. You are also entitled at any time to exercise all your rights under articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. In any case, however, your details are retained by our company only for as long as you are a registered user of Sticky and/or for as long as transactions with us are being carried out, and are deleted immediately once you are deleted as a user and/or the transaction with you is completed. Also, during your visit to Sticky, session cookies may be installed on your computer in order to make it possible to record the items you place in your shopping cart, even before you register as a registered user, for the purpose of submitting your order request.

Your personal data are not disclosed to any third party and are managed exclusively by our company.
The only exceptions are: i) those data relating to the execution and clearing of electronic payments made by credit card and carried out by our trusted partners — financial institutions that follow all appropriate security procedures to safeguard your information, and ii) the data that are absolutely necessary for the execution of your order (transportation, storage, etc.) by the companies cooperating with us. In any case, all your data are protected and managed in accordance with the terms and rules of Greek law and especially Law 2472/1997, and our company strictly follows all rules established by the relevant legal framework. In the context of the above legislation, the information stored by our company may be disclosed to third parties, to the competent authorities, prosecutors, or other administrative services only in accordance with the rules and provisions provided for by the applicable regulatory framework. Also, all your data, information, and transactions are governed by the principles of confidentiality of communications (electronic and otherwise) and commercial transactions, and all appropriate measures are taken to protect and ensure their confidentiality during transmission and/or execution of transactions. The user/consumer/visitor/member of Sticky should also safeguard the confidentiality of their data and not disclose them to third parties (even through negligence), nor allow third parties to use such information. It is also recommended that the user password be changed at regular intervals. The company reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage arising from culpable violation of the above obligations by the user/consumer/visitor/member of Sticky.

Finally, in order to complete the order process, you agree to the sending of automated or personalized electronic messages both directly to your computer and personally to the email address and/or to the landline –  mobile phone number you have provided to us, as well as any telephone communication to the phone numbers you have provided to us by employee(s) of our company.
