DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS TO YOUR SPACE

For the fastest shipping of your orders, we use courier services. Delivery is usually made the next business day (except in hard-to-reach areas and very small islands, where delivery is made on the 2nd business day), and all products are insured and registered so you receive them in excellent condition. Delivery time may increase in the event of strikes, severe weather conditions, high production volume, promotional activities, discounts, holidays, or in summer due to vacations.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart, depending on the volumetric weight of the products. You will be informed of the final shipping cost before the final order confirmation, so the system can calculate shipping based on the delivery location.

DELIVERY TIME

We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible! Orders placed on weekdays by 11.00 a.m. will be handed over to the shipping company for same-day dispatch, provided, of course, the products are in available stock. If you live in an area that the shipping company considers hard to reach, your order will be delivered to the nearest courier branch, and you will need to pick it up there. Delivery time may increase in the event of strikes, extreme weather conditions, high production volumes, promotional activities, discounts, holidays, or during the summer due to vacations.
